Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Castle Cascade (“the game”), made by Mitovoid AI (“we”), uses and why. We keep it short because the game collects very little.
The short version
- You do not need an account, and we never ask for your email, phone number or real name.
- Your progress is saved on your own device.
- The game shows no ads.
- The game sells nothing.
- We do not sell your information.
What the game stores
- Game progress: your level, coins, stars, boosters, lives, castle rooms, achievements and statistics.
- Settings: sound and vibration choices.
- Profile: the display name and avatar you pick. The game has no multiplayer, so no other player sees them.
This is kept in your device’s storage for the game. It stays there until you reset your progress or remove the game.
Cloud save (web version): if you play on a website while signed in to an account with that service, your progress is also saved to that account under an anonymous ID, so it follows you to other devices. It holds only the game progress listed above.
What we do not collect
The game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location or files, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
How the information is used
- To run the game and remember your progress.
- To answer you if you contact us.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services that make the game work, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your data
Open Settings → Reset progress to erase your saved game, including the cloud copy. Removing the game or clearing its storage also deletes it. If you want us to delete anything else, email mitovoid.contact@gmail.com.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact mitovoid.contact@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the little information the game handles, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. Because your progress lives on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time. For anything else, email mitovoid.contact@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
